Creating Deep Connections Between People and Marine Life
Georgia Aquarium offers guided experiences that educate, engage and create memorable connections between people and animals. Encounters are up close and multi-sensory, led by trained teams and designed with animal wellbeing at the center, so guests can enjoy the awe of ocean-dwelling creatures firsthand.
The primary goal of encounter programs is conservation education. Experiences with animals in our care strengthen conservation messages, create personal moments that last, and empower guests to take meaningful actions for healthy oceans and habitats.
Every encounter follows accredited standards and thoughtful public-health practices so guests can focus on discovery and wonder. Programs are supervised by trained personnel and align with guidance from leading organizations to support both animal wellbeing and guest confidence.
